Mickey: I get good fps but my game feels really unresponsive feels like mouse delay

Hey guys! Ive been dealing with this issue for awhile I've tried all the fixes I've tweaked my pc in everyway possible when I play fortnite it feels really delayed like I feel that I don't have control idk if its my CPU or what but here are my specs

16gb 3200mhz ram
Radeon 570
