So I recently decided to build a cheap $550 computer so I could get the experience and give it to my cousin for his birthday and I don't know what I did wrong whenever I plug it in a orange light appears on the motherboard then every time I press the power button the fans go on for half a second then stops. When ever I jump start the clr pins it does it again. I have double checked every cord and watched lots of YouTube videos, and nothing has worked. I have a coolmax 500-watt power supply...
