So I am running into a problem where I cant seem to get my monitor running as it should. A better explanation would be I am running into a problem where I am unable to get steady frames rates using the monitor, even on windows alone everything is laggy. Monitor is the Dell D2417DG. Bought it from a local seller and its a great monitor. I am also using a Benq XL2411Z which is my old 144hz monitor using a DVI cable, still works well.
