Mickey: HPZ440 case swop. *Problem Rear fan different connection to regular case fans*

I want to swop the HPZ440 into a new case.I watched this guys video but he did not say anything about the rear fan connector on the motherboard as it has a property one on there.The case fan 3 pin and four pin . 2859 the HPZ440 one is there an adapter i can buy to transform the case fan to fit the HPZ440 mother board?
Or is this the only way
Is this the only way it can be done ,and will i ned to do it to the 3 pin one?
For the 4-pin CPU fan header, the Z440 uses a proprietary keying system...
