Mickey: Hibernation due to "critical thermal event" when laptop isn't overheating.

Hi, I had my laptop closed but not sleeping when this occured. When the error occured my bluetooth disconnected so I was alerted immediatly and opened my laptop, it wasn't overheating so at all so I'm very confused why this is happening. I have a HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-fa0xxx running Windows 11 24h2. How do I fix this issue and is it really overheating??? Help would be appreciated, thank you.
