Mickey: Help with screen on HP

    I have this problem: when I put my hp laptop on 90hz, the screen looks like thisMickey: Help with screen on HP [​IMG]look at the pic) but only when it is pitch black, and never with any other color, that pic was an example in MS paint p.s yes when i put it on 60hz it doenst show up
