My windows surface Pro 3 needs factory resetting which I did and it crashed. I have put a copy of Windows 10 on USB. I stuck it in my surface Pro 3 but no matter now I repair it comes up with this message and I can't exit without pressing esc. F12 Dosent do anything. Help?
