Mickey: Having an issue with latency/audio dropouts stutter on my new pc not sure what is...

So ive just built a new PC and i was checking latency through latency mon when i have having these spikes when just running it idle after booting my PC. Ive got a i9 13900k and a 4090 z970-f gaming wifi MB what would be causing this kind of spikes as im not that familiar with latency mon and i cant work it out.
