Mickey: Going crazy, where does this aRGB connector goes (m/b-in 5v di gnd)?

Hi there, I have a Thermaltake View 51 Chasis which comes with a fan hub that has port that should run a connector to motherboard's aRGB header.

Please note the first image that is that's 3pin!! it says m/b-in 5v di gnd ..

Then 2nd image is the cable that I should connect to motherboard aRGB header.. Hooow!!?? the end of that cable is male, and the 3 pin are male too //

I have a whoooole bunch of wires can't find any right way to connect this, nothing fits !!! can...
