Mickey: Games run worse after fresh Windows install

Hello, I've recently reinstalled my Windows(10) after a period of 2 years, having also replaced a HDD with an SSD, as it was showing signs of being worn out.

The problem is that games are running worse than before, and I have no idea why that is, even reinstalled Windows again the next day after noticing this problem.

I've installed all the drives, updated bios, even tweaked some settings via the NVidia Control Panel(I cant remember what settings I changed during my last reinstall back...
