Mickey: Game doesn't feel smooth even on very high fps and gets worse over time

Hey everyone
last weekend I got a ryzen 7 3700x to upgrade my ryzen 7 1700x, so its been in my computer for a week, i didnt reinstall windows or anything because everything seems to work fine. The weird thing is I have been playing fortnite on it, and it feels smooth for the first 20 minutes or so but after that it just feel like im playing on 60 fps or something but it says I have around 300 fps ingame and I play on a 144 hz monitor. I have been trying to tweak settings and problem solve...
