Hi, ive been experiencing some frametime stutters even with vsync on, both in games and on video playback, they appear as the frame sort of jolting in the direction of camera panning for a split second then returning to normal (difficult to explain).so i decided to try to install another windows install to another drive and used the vsynctester stie on both drives and the frametime graph spiked alot more on the on install than it did on the fresher install. is there any way to find out what...
