Mickey: Ebay seller mix up order and wants me to pay for return shipping

I placed an ordered for a B140QAN2.0 panel from ITsys_Laptop_parts on Ebay but they send me a B140QAN2.3 panel instead which is have a different spec than the B140QAN2.0.

I specific asked the seller before ordering about the listing if the panel being sold was the B140QAN2.0 panel which is 500nits and 100% Adobe RGB, and I know the listning do not say 500nits but they do say 100% Adobe RGB but I know from specs from Panelook.com...
