Hey guys, I have got an HP pavilion gaming laptop 15-cx0xxx with the i7 8750h cpu and nvidia geforce gtx 1060 3gb max-q GPU. I was wondering if I need to reboot my laptop to apply the throttlestop, because even after my undervolt and fixing the settings properly my cpu heats up to around 95C. My bios is currently may 2019 from HP and I have no idea why these settings won't apply. It gets up to 95C when I am playing games such as CS GO or any other game honestly. Please help!
