I get some stutter and lag when i watch tv in full screen on my 60hz monitor, my other monitor is a 144hz g sync monitor. When im watching twitch in full screen with chat on my 60hz monitor and take the hz test www.testufo.com (chrome) my 144hz monitor goes down to 60hz cpu ryzen 5 2600 at 3.6ghz (no turbo) and a msi gtx 1060 gaming x 6gb gpu 1700mhz ram 2400mhz (100% stable) Do i need a faster gpu to maintain 60hz/fps and 144hz/fps when i don't game...
