I have a 10 year old Dell Inspiron 1564 that will not POST. I have the motherboard out and disconnected the monitor, hard drive (SSD), WLAN card, RAM, keyboard. When I power up the board and press the power button, the power LED comes on and stays on. The CPU will heat up and eventually the fan spins. I do not get any troubleshooting 'beeps'. If I connect the SSD and start up the board, the hard drive com LED will come on for maybe a half second and then go out. I have the schematic...
