Mickey: Dell G5 5590 with i5-9300h and GTX 1650 experiencing bad thermal throttling.

This PC has been my main source of happiness for around a 1 year but recently i have been experiencing some bad thermal throttling that gives me a very low score on Cinebench and causes me to go from 60-65fps on GTAV to 10-15fps. i have tried undervolting and other methods to prevent this but nothing seems to be working. I even copied someone's throttlestop settings whom had the same specs as my PC and seen that the could get almost 2000pts on Cinebench while i am getting 1400. i will post...
