Mickey: CPU always at 100% in game??

Hi,
I was wondering if it was normal for my CPU to be between 90%-100% (temp 70°-80°) all the time in-game. I'm lock at 120fps at low settings right now but my GPU is only at 45% (temp 65°). I can run 200fps+ but i'm not sure if it's good for my CPU
My build:
- i3 9100f
- GTX 1660 super Gaming X
- Asus Prime H310M-E R2.0
- 16Gb Rams ddr4 3000Mhz
- 2x 250G SSD
