I just bought an MSI X570S Carbon Max Wifi to replace an MSI B550 Tomahawk Max because i was using almost every single slot and port on that board The main reason why i bought an X570 board was because it has 24 PCI-E gen 4 lanes vs 20 gen 3 lanes with the B550 board and it has 8 SATA ports vs only 6 on the B550 This is for a home server / media center build first and foremost and a gaming rig second which is why i need all the storage So if anyone asks why i need so many drives thats why...
