this issue started 3-4 months back when i was playing re4 remake after some time it went away and for couple of months my pc was fine now it has started happening from today, yesterday i removed the molex to sata adapter from my pc and replaced it with a sata splitter, build quality seems decent and my drives are working fine too so it would be very unlikely to be the issue but that's the only thing i changed.
