Mickey: BD PROCHOT always red when enabled on Dell XPS 15

    I have the Dell XPS 15 which has the CPU throttling down when doing anything strenuous (KSP etc). CPU throttles down to 780 Mhz.

    As you can see, temps are well withing spec, so not sure whats happening. Runs ok for a while when BD PROCHOT is disabled, but then trips when the temp gets up.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
