Mickey: ASUS Maximus VI EXTREME Only detects GTX 580 but nothing else

I have this Maximus VI EXTREME board paired with a i7-4790k that i have been tweaking around with. Wanting to test different gpu's with it, for some reason it simply doesn't recognize any GPU's other than a GTX 580 even 2 GTX 580 SLI WORKED JUST FINE.

GPU's i tried and didn't get detected/recgonized
GTX 1080 Ti
GTX TITAN BLACK
GTX 690
GTX 590
HD5770

And no they're not bad gpus, they all work on my i7-13700 and i7-9800x (x299) testing systems
