HI all, I was about to format HDD and reinstall windows on my desktop PC. So I downloaded windows 10 (not pirated), created bootable flash drive and tried to boot from it. The problem is that it's stuck on the message "AMD Data Change... Update New Data to DMI". I tried to boot from the flash drive on a laptop and it works. When I unplug the flash drive and let it boot from HDD it properly loads existing windows on HDD I am sure that I used the exact same method to create bootable usb with... AMD Data Change...
