Mickey: AM4 (5950X) freezing - BIOS tweaks?

Heyo

Got myself a 5950X from a customer which is declared a dud after 3 years of use. Sadly outside AMD warranty at this point - but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions regarding getting it to run stable. Currently default it freezes after max 1-2 day of use, even during idle. My initial thoughts would be pushing the vcore, but I am aware that there are so many other voltages nowadays.

What do y'all say?
