Hello Sometimes, randomly, but maybe 3 times a week, suddenly every USB device (Bluetooth adapter therefore mouse too, wireless keyboard, external hard drive if I have it plugged in) stops working and seem to disconnect, complete with the Windows disconnect sound, then after a second all reconnects again, with the Windows connect sound and everything works again, if I have a external HDD drive or USB drive, then Windows detects it connected.
