Mickey: A sign of incoming hardware failure?

I have had this pc for 7 years now, gpu 5 years.
So about 2 days ago the pc would boot up normally and into bios windows etc..
But a day after when i go and turn it on first time, it would shut off for a quick second and boot to windows normally..

I have never taken this pc apart from one time two years ago i went to change the thermal paste of my 360mm aio.. that is it..

Is this a sign of upcoming hardware failure? I have never had this problem before..
Please share some insights to which...
