Mickey: 7900XTX performance dip after fresh W11 install

I have the Red Devil 7900XTX limited edition, and I have troubles with horrible performance. Playing Hell Divers 2 and Killing Floor 3 on 4k res and low/medium settings, I often get 30-40fps in average. Any tips?

If you need more info, I have Ryzen 9 7950X, 32gb (2x16gb) of DDR5 speccy for some reason tells me its running on 2400MHz?, my monitor model is PHL 34M2C8600 running on 3440x1440 at 175Hz. All my drives are M.2 NVMes.

Is there something i should look for to resolve my issue?
