Mickey: 50hz hum from the audio jack and *in* the case

I recently rebuilt my system in a brand new case (with the same exact components). Old build had no problems whatsoever.
I was battling with a very noisy front panel audio cable when I noticed something else was going on (don't know if the two issues are related).
