Mickey: 3yr old system very low hours evga G2 750w PS, Asus Sabertooth Mobo, I7 6700K...

Out of 20 tries today it has only once booted up normally to Win7 64 pro. As a back up system it normally is only booted up once per week or less so I doubt it has more than 200 hours on it total. On the one occasion that it booted to Windows just fine I was able to shutdown /restart several times and BIOS showed all drives available for boot sequence. Once I powered off it was toast again.

Most often it will power up, fans whirring etc. for a few seconds then all power will die -fans...
