I recently obtained an old Toshiba laptiop. It 'requires' a 19 v power supply, I have a Dell 19.5 power supply for a Dell laptop. (local computer shop removes hdd's & on newer comps, removes cpu & ram, & tosses them. They let me rummage! This Tosh has only hdd removed) Will that ½ volt make any difference?
