I was wondering if people have their cpu cooler and case fans running all the time or made a 0 db mode as most gpu's and psu has now a days. So the fan only turns on when cpu or a chosen component in pc turns on cpu and/or case fans. Also what ever it would be good or bad idea to do. Like no airflow but less dust in the PC.
