I have an asrock z97 anniversary and a i7 4790. The problem i have is that when i restart my machine , tools that use the command NtQueryTimerResolution to calculate platform clock report that my platform clock is stacked at 0.5 ms. The problem is not exist in every restart. the windows power cfg tracking always says that the platform clock 15,6. I have replaced all my hardware, microcode bios and it is always the same.
