Mickey: Standoff Legs of intel mounting bracket stuck on motherboard

Hello guys, I try new cooler to replace the intel stock cooler. It have mounting standoff legs like intel stock cooler.

short story I tried to remove standoff legs and find it out kinda stuck wont come off. Feels like the legs slightly bigger than intel stock cooler.
When intel stock cooler stuck I can easily pinch the legs and gently push it and come off easily.

What can I do without cutting the legs ?
