So I just tried to get an RMA for my less than two year old G602 wireless gaming mouse. The left mouse button keeps missing clicks, randomly letting go during drags and what not. Obviously the switch is going bad. The Logitech rep wanted me to create a video of troubleshooting the mouse to get an RMA! Yeah, make a video for them to honor their warranty!
