Mickey: Please HELP 10400F-$200 vs. 3600-$280 vs. 3800-$390 vs. 3700X-$399 vs. 5600X-$420...

These prices are not in USD obviously but you get the idea. I really need some help here. I currently have in my possession the 3800X which I picked up for less than the 3700X however I think to myself am I f'ing crazy for not buying a 10400F + Z490 Mobo together they would cost just $10 more than I paid for the 3800X.
