Hello mate i got a custom pc from cyberpowersystem which they installed an asetek lclc, was £50 or something.

It was ok, but once i started overclocking temps were high.

I opted out for a full water cooling kit.
Including 644 swiftech pump, 1/2 hosing, 4870x2 block res and triple rad. £250 or something.
Temps idle on a 1.4v overclocked qx9650 are 40 isle, 60/stress full load,
before with the lclc 55 isle, 75-80 stress load.

With a arctic freezer pro7, temps idle 55 and 70 load. Thats with arctis silver 5,

So my opinion is you get what you pay for. Although cheap coolers seem like a bargain, you only get silence over real cooling potential, although my rather expensive cooling setup has allowed me to get my gpu to 800/1000 from 700/900 without any issues, and it has made my cpu temps lower and my whole system much quieter, looks prettier i havent gained more, but im happy with it and it has served me well for the past few months
