Mickey: Slightly dark semi circles on right of IPS

Have an IPS monitor, Acer Predator XB271HU Bmiprz, that has some moderately dark semi circles on the right of the screen. I've attached a photo, though it does show up even more in the photo than it does when looking directly at it. The cursor is the extent of the 2nd semi circle as it emits from the right. Reset the settings though it is still present, so I don't think it has anything to do with the settings. Wondering what this type of issue may indicate; dimmed lighting on the right side...
