So, I have had a new problem pop up and it is unrelated to the first and i've tried absolutly everything that I have found online. So the problem is that My PC has always worked great. Just got a new graphics card in March. No issues, ever. It's a ASUS Dual Radeon RX 7600 XT OC Edition 16GB GDDR6. Brand new, not a used one. No problems. Installed more RAM a little before that.
