Mickey: Having issues with PC and boot, 7800 x3d

I built this PC a while ago, but for some time now, every time I turn it on, it prompts me with the option to enable X3D on my CPU. I have to manually click “No” each time. Is there a way to make my BIOS save this option?

For context, my previous Ryzen 7800X3D died, and I got a replacement from AMD. Should I do any resets? I already tried clearing my CMOS, but it didn’t help.
