Mickey: Weird momentary black screen/post code/no crash issue on 13900hx 4090 legion laptop

So this happened twice in 1 week now on my 13900hx 4090 7ipro legion.

I would be watching youtube, the screen would go black for like 1 second, followed by a long beep and 2 short beeps. No crash, just went back to normal, no minidump file generated, nothing significant in event viewer, there was just 1 error in event viewer that seemed unrelated. I forgot what it was but it wasn't anything video, gpu, hardware related. I dont even know if it was at the same time. Ill have to make a note...
