Mickey: help with bsod whea uncorrectable error

so my pc is getting bsod with whea error and it's not creating dump file whatever i do ,if i trigger manual bsod it does create dump file but other than that no ,anyway i got event viewer log for whea error but i can't understand it so if anyone could tell me what it means
