Mickey: CyberPower ST625U Standby UPS Battery Backup and Surge Protector, 625VA/360W

I just received this unit and installed the PPP software. The version I downloaded was 2.6.1. It installed, however when I clicked on the file to start, the computer circle went round and round and then nothing. I contacted support and they told me to d/l the business version 4.12.0 and again after uninstalled the previous install, I installed this version. Same thing it will not start. Rebooted after installations...same thing. support can't help me :-(((
