I am the unfortunate owner of an IO23-serial number Razer Blackwidow V4 which, after about 30 days of use, is now experiencing key chatter on at least the W, and now possibly H, D, and E. Since writing (think large novels and manuscripts) is my trade, that ain't gonna cut it. The problem is, since this is a certified refurb board from eBay and not one of their very specific sellers, I'm not sure if Razer will honor the warranty. That's why this topic exists.
