The problem with this issue is that Windows never creates a dump file because it is not a BSOD. The issue anyway is Windows power plan, i need to set mine to high performance mode to stop the computer from doing this annoying crash. Oddly i always thought it was the 5700-XT, i am gladly able to tell you it is not the case.
