I've been having all my USB ports saying the device malfunctioned and tried several fixes but i don't know what to do anymore. They don't fail all the time, sometimes I'll turn on the PC and they are fine, all of them, and then they only fail after they are idle for a while. But sometimes i turn on the PC and they fail right at start. The ones connected to mouse and keyboard seem to hold on even when the others fail, but I sometimes lose all keyboard and mouse.
